Case Study — Industrial Manufacturing

An industrial manufacturer's site was an abandoned warehouse. We turned it into a B2B sales asset.

Standard Steel Fabrication Co LLC delivers ISO-certified structural engineering for massive projects across Dubai. But their website looked like a broken template from 2012. We tore it down and rebuilt an elite industrial engine that screams authority.

01 — The Structural Flaw

Four structural flaws that were destroying Standard Steel's authority.

A B2B procurement manager lands on a manufacturer's site looking for one thing: "Do you have the capacity and certifications to build our project?" The old site answered that question with a broken layout and 3 seconds of loading lag.

Massive Render-Blocking Code.
Over 3,370ms of render-blocking requests and unused JavaScript/CSS kept the site completely blank for nearly 4 seconds before the first paint (3.9s FCP).
Speed Index of 8.4 Seconds.
In B2B industrial sales, an 8-second load time implies an amateur operation. The old codebase was bloated, non-minified, and lacked modern caching strategies.
Visually Cluttered Authority.
"Enginereed for Scale" demands visual weight. The old hero featured a double-stacked navigation bar and generic stock photos that diminished their brand equity.
Broken Trust Mechanics.
ISO certifications and 15+ years of experience were buried instead of front-loaded. A site lacking these trust markers immediately loses high-ticket contracts.
02 — The Engineered Solution

Five surgical fixes. Each one removes a barrier between the visitor and the booking.

The site was collapsed into a single-page flow: Authority → Services → Proof → Contact. Every pixel is engineered to move the visitor toward a conversion.

  1. Trust signals moved above the fold. Three credibility markers sit right below the headline. The proof is visible within 2 seconds of landing.
  2. Services became decision architecture. Eight confusing listings were consolidated into three clear tiers. The visitor self-selects.
  3. Contact fields cut from 5 to 2. We removed the friction. Service types are pre-selected based on what they click. Name and email only.
  4. Navigation eliminated on mobile. The nav is replaced with a single sticky CTA. The page forces the user toward the action.
  5. Page weight dropped by 78%. Time-to-interactive fell from 8.2s to 1.9s, stopping mobile visitors from bouncing.

03 — The Blueprint

Before and after: establishing industrial dominance.

The left panel shows the old homepage — cluttered header, weak uncertified copy, and stock images. The right panel shows the rebuilt flow: commanding typography, verified metrics, and immediate lead capture.

After New Standard Steel Hero

Before: Slow, bloated, unfocused.
After: Instant loading, authority-driven, lead generating.
